  • Katie Creighton/Founder

    Katie is the founder of Endeavor Youth Recovery. Since 2009, she has concentrated on social services, particularly within nonprofits and operations. She served as the Director of a residential facility for adolescent males for a decade and worked in a Level 3 facility for boys and girls for two years. Currently, she is the Treatment Center Director for two substance abuse clinics in Nashville and Dickson, Tennessee.

    Her work focuses on helping adolescents and their families address mental health and substance abuse issues. Community systems and a holistic approach to care are essential. She advocates for youth and participates in speaking opportunities.

    Katie also launched Erika’s Safe Place, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, in 2015 in honor of her best friend who died by suicide. She is pursuing her Doctorate in Health Science with a specialization in trauma-informed care. Her proudest role is being a mother to her lovely daughter, Bella, and creating a safe environment for her and others.

  • Mario LaGrone/Executive Director

    As the Senior Director of Operations at Gainwell Technologies, Mario leads dedicated teams committed to ensuring that Tennessee Medicaid Program recipients receive essential coverage and compensation for their vital services. His journey includes impactful work as the Executive Director of My Friend’s House, where he passionately oversaw social services and raised funds for an at-risk adolescent group home in Franklin, Tennessee. During that time, he supported over fifty at-risk youths, guiding them into residential programs or reuniting them with their families. His efforts in securing financing expanded staffing and enhanced treatment services, significantly improving lives.

    Mario holds a Juris Doctor from Birmingham School of Law and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arizona. In addition to his professional accomplishments, he finds joy in watching his teenage daughter excel in volleyball and engage in physical activities like boxing and functional training. He lives with his wife and their daughter in Antioch, Tennessee.

  • Paula Gregory/President

    Paula brings over 20 years of diverse experience in customer service, human resources, marketing, sales, content creation, and organizational leadership. Her passion for enhancing user experiences drives her to make a positive impact on everyone around her. With a Bachelor's in Management and Human Relations, a Master's in Organizational Leadership, and a Doctorate in Professional Leadership and Practice earned in 2022 from Trevecca Nazarene University in downtown Nashville, she exemplifies lifelong learning and dedication.

    Growing up in a family that embraced foster children and adopted siblings, Paula cultivated a deep understanding of the importance of stability and love for those in need. This foundation fuels her unwavering commitment to the mission of Endeavor Youth Recovery, where she can channel her skills into meaningful community service.

    Outside of her professional and volunteer pursuits, Paula finds fulfillment in gaming, getting lost in a captivating book, and exploring new places. She thrives on balancing a rewarding career with community service and personal passions, inspiring others to find joy and purpose in their own lives.

  • Alisa Hensley/Vice President

    Alisa Hensley is deeply committed to fostering a supportive community for families navigating addiction and empowering adolescents to recognize their inherent worth on their journey to recovery. With over 25 years of experience in Event Management and Marketing, Alisa is a seasoned executive dedicated to driving strategic growth. She holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Western Governors University and completed her undergraduate studies at Belmont University.

  • Danielle Holder/Secretary

    Danielle, a proud Franklin, Tennessee native, has spent the last 13 years wholeheartedly serving her community through nursing and healthcare. Right now, she’s working towards a degree in Healthcare Management to make an even bigger impact! When she’s not busy with work or studying, you can find her volunteering at a local dog rescue, where she gets to combine her love for animals with her desire to help others. In her downtime, she enjoys reading, traveling, and soaking up quality time with her adorable pups. With a genuine heart for service, Danielle is excited to use her healthcare knowledge to lend a hand to at-risk youth in the community!

  • Robert Stapp II/Treasurer

    Robert is the treasurer of Endeavor Youth Recovery and brings along 20 years of experience in the healthcare revenue cycle. One of his greatest adventures is being a proud single dad to three incredible kids: Kaydence (18), Lily (12), and Grayson (8). They call Murfreesboro, Tennessee, home and love hitting the road for adventures, cheering on their favorite sports teams, and soaking up the sunshine at the beach.

    Robert has seen firsthand how challenges with drugs, alcohol, and mental health can impact friends and families, making this cause deeply personal for him. He feels that giving back to youth in the community is one of the most rewarding things he can do!

  • Jaimee Davis

    Jaimee owns Jaimee Davis Allstate in Spring Hill, Tennessee, a business she has successfully run since 2018. A Spring Hill resident since 2010, she is dedicated to her community.

    Jaimee serves on the Spring Hill Chamber Board and has previously held the position of Chair. She volunteers for the Turkey Burn Committee to support the Tennessee Children's Home and participates in various Chamber subcommittees, including Ambassador and Human Resources.

    An animal lover, Jaimee walks dogs at the local shelter and has served on the Grand Jury for Williamson County. She's a strong advocate for local youth sports and has mentored young leaders through the Spring Hill Chamber's mentorship program, making her a pillar of the community.

  • Nic Hissong

    Nic is a passionate board member at Endeavor Youth Recovery, motivated by the memory of a dear friend who struggled with mental health issues in 2015. This personal loss, along with his own experiences, inspires him to create welcoming spaces where young people can find support and share their stories. With a strong background in community outreach from his work and church activities, he truly believes in making a difference.

    In his free time, Nic loves staying active—whether it’s playing pickleball, enjoying outdoor adventures, or having fun with his three kids. He always shares an uplifting message: “Your life is worth living and fighting for.”

  • Cathy Householder

    Cathy may not have been born in Tennessee, but it truly feels like home to her. She made the big move from Indiana 28 years ago and has been thriving as an Area Sales Manager for Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc. With over 30 years of experience in management and sales, she knows her stuff!

    When she and her husband first settled in Thompson’s Station, they were excited to welcome their third son into the family. Fast forward to today, and their family has grown with a wonderful daughter-in-law and two adorable grandchildren. Now enjoying life as empty nesters, they call College Grove, Tennessee, their home.

    Cathy is also passionate about giving back—she’s involved with Endeavor Youth Recovery, dedicated to helping the youth in our community.

  • Jacqueline Perrine

    Jacqueline is a proud resident of Williamson County, which she's called home for over 30 years! With an impressive career in the healthcare field, she has a unique blend of clinical and business experience. After earning her MBA, Jacqueline spent more than ten years as a Vice President of Operations in the Home Care sector. Following that, she dedicated another decade as a Psychiatric and Addiction Nurse, working primarily with adolescents in a psychiatric hospital. During this time, she provided support to young people facing mental health challenges and addiction.

    Nowadays, Jacqueline is part of a Pediatric practice, and she loves to share her knowledge and experiences by speaking publicly about addiction. Her deep commitment to helping others is rooted in a heart-wrenching personal journey. After the devastating loss of her son to an overdose in 2015, she found a new purpose in caring for her cherished grandson. Embracing the role of a mother once more, she pours her love and wisdom into raising and mentoring him, finding joy in every moment they share.

  • Althea Sickel

    Althea has been the Program Coordinator for Robertson County Recovery Court and Mental Health Courts since 2020, and she brings a lot of heart to her work! As a pre-licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor, she’s under the guidance of a Qualified Clinical Supervisor.

    Althea knows what it’s like to be on the journey of recovery herself, and she's truly passionate about helping others uncover their authentic selves. She believes that by digging into who they are, embracing their truths, and sharing those truths, individuals can really start to heal and advocate for their own well-being. When people pursue their own healing, they not only enrich their own lives but also contribute to healing the world around them and breaking the cycles of generational trauma. It’s all about creating a brighter future together!

  • Sharon West

    Sharon is a dedicated Christian and compassionate professional with over 15 years of experience at the Department of Children’s Services (DCS). She has wholeheartedly committed her career to supporting juvenile justice and advocating for families.

    Since April 2021, Sharon has been a Youth Service Officer for the Robertson County Juvenile Court, where she provides essential support to at-risk youth and their families. She also serves as the facilitator for the Robertson County Foster Care Review Board, working to ensure that foster care cases are handled with care and understanding.

    Sharon loves being involved in her community! She’s a board member of Kiwanis, a participant in the Robertson County Sports Alliance, and an advocate for affordable housing through her work with Habitat for Humanity. Her passion for youth development and community well-being shines through in everything she does.

    On top of her work, Sharon is the proud owner of Southern Girl’s and Guy’s Catering Service. She’s also a mom of four and a doting grandmother to three beautiful grandchildren.

  • Megan Williamson

    Meagan is the Director of the Robertson County Recovery Court and Mental Health Court, a role she’s held since 2018. She’s also on the verge of completing her PhD in Criminal Justice Leadership. With over 15 years of experience working with individuals involved in the justice system, Meagan is truly passionate about helping those struggling with substance use and untreated mental health issues. She believes in guiding people towards a better life, helping them break free from the cycle of the criminal justice system, and becoming healthy, productive members of their families and communities.

    Throughout her career, Meagan has seen firsthand how many adults turn to substances to cope with the trauma they faced as children and teenagers—trauma that often went unaddressed. She wholeheartedly believes that by supporting teenagers in overcoming substance abuse and healing from their past experiences, we can pave the way for healthier, happier adults.
